With over eight years of hands-on experience in the homebuying process, being a transaction coordinator brings a deep understanding of what it takes to ensure smooth, successful real estate transactions. 

At Kremer Realty, I’m involved in every listing and sale. I coordinate with agents, clients, lenders, inspectors, and title companies to make sure each transaction stays on track from contract to close. My job is to keep everything organized, communicate clearly with all parties, and solve problems before they become issues—so our agents can focus on helping clients buy and sell homes.
